All orders are shipped within 1-3 business day. Tracking will be available.
Keep in mind I make all cosmetic products homemade and I make it per order. I currently have a full time job and I go to college full time.
* If there is any delays on my part for any reason I will contact you ASAP! *
** Please make sure your shipping address is correct on the order form. I am not responsible for any incorrect shipping address you have entered if I'm not contacted right away in a timely manner**
^ If you mistakenly put the incorrect adress please contact me as soon as possible and I can change it.
Once package states it has been delivered I am not responsible for stolen or lost packages.
*** USPS deliveries - If the tracking status says delivered please contact your local usps office. They will help you locate your package. I am not responsible for any of their delays***
POLICIES:
Order Cancellations:
Order cancellations can be made within 24 hours of purchasing, if not made within said amount of time ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and you will no longer be able to cancel the order.
Returns:
I am not responsible if the customer drops and/or damages their product(s). If your products arrives damaged, you have 24 hours to contact me from the time the tracking shows the package is delivered.
If the order received is incomplete, or incorrect, please email an attached photo of products recieved and order form within 48 hours after delivery date to receive a replacement product (refunds will not be given for damaged product a replacement will be sent). If not brought to my attention within the said amount of time claim will NOT be accepted.
